Account eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Email/password accounts must use a Gmail address; you're also welcome to sign in with Google directly.

Enrollment and payment

Courses are paid for via bank transfer or Easypaisa. An enrollment is marked pending until we manually verify your payment, after which your account is granted access to the course content for the access period listed on that course (some courses are lifetime access; others run for a fixed duration shown on the course page).

Refunds. You may request a full refund within 3 days of payment confirmation, provided you have not completed more than one full mock test or more than 15% of a course's video lessons, whichever applies. Refund requests are reviewed manually by our team and, once approved, processed back to the original payment method (or as store credit toward another course, at your preference) within 7 business days. Requests made after this window, or after that usage threshold, are granted only at our discretion — for example where a course was clearly misrepresented or is materially unavailable. To request a refund, email csspms.grammar@gmail.com with your order details.

Course content and access

Course videos and materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing your account, downloading, or redistributing course content is not permitted.

Conduct

You agree not to attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or content protection measures on the platform.

Limitation of liability

Our courses, mock tests and study material are prepared in good faith to help you prepare for CSS, PMS and IELTS exams, but we do not guarantee any particular exam result, score, or outcome — your performance depends on many factors outside our control. The platform and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost exam attempts or lost income).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
