   When does the right of private defence of body and property extend to the causing of death of assailant? Under what circumstances in the exercise of this right, risk of harm to an innocent person is condoned?

   What are necessary particulars for a formal charge in criminal trial? What are exceptions to general rule that there has to be a separate charge for every independent offence?

   Who is an accomplice and what is his legal status with reference to his evidence?

   Describe the powers of court to remove an arbitrator, revoke his authority and modify an award.

7. Q. 820 marks

   Discuss the judicial hierarchy of civil courts at original and appellate level as set up by the Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962. Specific powers of different courts be also indicated.
