   Explain the idea of State sovereignty in Islam. What are the qualifications for the head of State under Islamic Law?

   (a) What is your take on the current judgment by Federal Shariah Court of Pakistan on Riba? (10) (b) What are the measures which can be taken to showcase the full potential of Islamic finance in Pakistan? (10)
